El-Nasr Castings Co. is considered as a pioneer company in ductile and grey iron castings.
Due to continuous history of innovation which is reflected in the high standard and wide range of its products according to ISO 2531 and EN 545, ENC has succeeded to penetrate and keep reasonable share in both local and international markets.

- ENC has obtained in October 1995 from RWTUV, Germany ISO 9002 certificate which has been renewed in 1998.
- ENC has obtained in July 2002 ISO 9001: 2000 certificate, valid until July 2008 and has been renewed till 2011.
- ENC has obtained in December ISO 9001:2008 by Germanscher  LIoyd valid until December 2014. 

In co-operate with ARABIAN TRADING & ENGINEERING CENTER (ATEC) , representing AUMA Company-Germany, ENC has succeed to produce and supply electric valves to the market which meet client's need to control "the water flow" automatically.

Operation

  1. Open/Close Duty :
    Water flow can controlled automatically according to operating order to
    get complete open or close certain percent.

  2. Modulating Duty :
    To Get :
    - Constant flow rate in pipes.
    - constant water pressure in pipes.

  3. Integral with matic unit

(4) Technical Aspects :

  • The Actuator is  equipped with two independent adjustable limit switches and two torque switches without any plastic parts or butteries which may need maintenance .
    Connecting wires are sealed in the switch housing actuator. Switches work under mechanical principles.

  • The Actuator includes a hand wheel marked with two arrows for open/close in case of power failure and adjustment mode.
    The hand wheel will automatically be disengaged when the electric motor is energized .

  • The Actuator transmits the motion from the motor to the valve through worm gear box principle which provide self lubricant and locking.

  • The Actuator casing is made of cast iron (GG25) accord. to international specification to be able withstand the operation mechanical stresses.
